Inspection Services

Protect you vacation home with weekly, bi-weekly or monthly visit to inspect your home and property. Each visit will include a security check as well as interior and exterior status assessments.  (Click here for the complete list of inspection services) This is our most popular service but we can do many other things to make your vacation more relaxing.

Arrival and Departure Services:

Feel at home the moment you arrive when you choose our arrival and departure services.  We can turn on the air conditioner or furnace, stock firewood, bring out your deck furniture and stock your pantry and refrigerator. We can also have the home cleaned before and after your visit. As well as dispose of any perishable items left behind.

If you are celebrating a special occasion, want to be pampered or have a special guest coming for a visit, we can arrange flowers, balloons, candy and  a specially catered meal.

Other Services:

• Automatic severe weather check
• Hot tub and pools maintenance
• Check mail and forward.
• Meet other service personnel and report on the completion of work or service done.
